Back to Back: Named a Preferred Shore Top Agent for Q3 2026

Some quick, happy news. Preferred Shore Real Estate has recognized me as one of its Q3 2026 Top Agents, earning me a spot in the brokerage’s Inside the Barrel spotlight for the second quarter in a row. I was first recognized for Q2 back in July, and I am honored to be on the list again.

What Inside the Barrel Means

In announcing this quarter’s group, Preferred Shore called Inside the Barrel “our version of a President’s Club.” The brokerage said the agents recognized “achieved outstanding results through a confluence of timing, strategy and effort that has placed them in the sweet spot of today’s market, hence the title Inside the Barrel, a nod to being in the sweet spot of a wave.”

I love that description, because timing, strategy, and effort are exactly what this market asks for right now. Buyers and sellers are both being more careful, homes have to be prepared and priced right, and every deal takes real work to get across the finish line.
